As a BI Developer, you will play a key role in transforming data into insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reports and dashboards, and support data analysis needs. Your expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau will help streamline reporting and analytics operations across departments.

- Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Usage of data models to support complex analysis and reporting needs.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of data by performing data validation and testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, issues, and performance problems in BI systems.
- Provide user training and support on BI solutions to ensure effective usage and adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data & business analytics or related fields.
- Proven experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Knowledge of DAX and M Language for data transformation and querying.
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
